Entering a Park-Kit Lot:
Colored lights guide them to available parking spaces.

Drivers scan the QR code to download the PARK-KIT app.

Parking Duration and Payment:
Cameras monitor how long each vehicle stays in the lot.
When a vehicle leaves, drivers receive a text with the parking
duration and charges.
Unpaid Parking:
License plates of vehicles that leave without paying are recorded .
Fines are mailed to violators, as warned on the QR code signs.
Parking Availability Display:
A large TV screen over each PARK-KIT garage entrance shows real-time availability.
It displays the number of regular, handicap, electric or VIP parking spaces available.
For parking lots that already have upgraded lighting, we are able to create Light Free Guidance Systems.
Many existing parking garages already have adequate lighting, entry kiosks, gates, and their own payment and reservation systems.
The module in the upper left is designed for covered garages with one-way driving aisles and angled parking. Note that this module has a color-changing indicator on only one end.
The module in the lower left is intended for two-way driving aisles and straight-in parking; it features color indicators on both ends.
In both cases, the PARK-KIT stand-alone modules can monitor up to six parking spaces—three on each side of the driving aisle. If at least one of the six spaces is open, the indicator continues to flash green.
Upon entry or exit our Kiosks 'READ’ the RFID stickers on the windshields of vehicles.
· The RFID reader records the client’s entry/exit time and sends it to our server.
· Our app software confirms when the customer has arrived or left and sends a message.
· The app automatically charges the customer’s credit/debit card upon leaving the lot.
· RFID tags can be purchased for $1.00 at both the entry and exit kiosks.
· The Customer App can be downloaded from our QR code for the Apple and Android stores.

User-Friendly Mobile App: The PARK-KIT customer app offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the payment process.Users acquire a RFID tag at the entrance to the Park-Kit lot which they use to download the App and enter their information. This tag and the app streamline customer payment methods as the customer is automatically charged upon the conclusion of their visit.

Seamless Payment Options with QR codes: Members link their credit or banking cards to the app, allowing for automatic QR code payment without the need for manual intervention. This eliminates the inconvenience of searching for loose change or waiting in line at payment kiosks. The QR codes can be used to pay for specialty services such as car detailing or VIP parking.Encouraging Non-Members to Consider
Membership Benefits: Non-members entering the lot are issued a ticket with a QR code, which prompts them to downloadthe PARK-KIT app. By doing so, they gain access to additional features and benefits, such as personalized parking preferences, exclusive discounts, and loyalty rewards. The customer app acts as a persuasive tool, enticing non-members to explore the perks of becoming a member.
Advertising Add ons: In addition to the convenience of the App, the garage owner can also advertise directly to the customer on the App. Owners are provided with a login on our website which allows them to offer promotional pricing and other membership incentives.
A set of software and control screens through which owners and managers can easily access and control every detail of their garages, on-site or remotely, and either singly or in multiples.​
These screens, with the architectural layout of each floor of each garage, identify every parking space and show which Park-Kit member or one-time customer is parked in which space.​ Every parking space is identified by a colored circle with a colored bulls-eye in the center, the outer colour will change from green to red to signify if the space is empty or occupied.​
There are 4 types of violations.
• When vehicles not identified as HANDICAPPED parks in a handicapped space.
• When a vehicle not identified as ELECTRIC is parked in an electric charging space.
• When a vehicle identified as an EMPLOYEE’S parks outside their designated area.
• When a vehicle identified as a LONG-TERM PARKER parks outside their designated area.
