AC DC DESIGN LTD’S PRIVACY POLICY FOR PARKING LOTS

AC DC Design Ltd is a West Vancouver, BC, company that has been in business for over 50 years.  Our WiFi based parking system is called: Park-Kit.net and we have stringent privacy regulations in operation to protect the customers who park in parking lots that we control. We have instituted strict internal protocols for protecting the privacy of our customers and only three authorized personnel, within our company, will have access to any license plate or vehicle owner’s data. This data will be stored on a secure cloud application that is based in Canada and reviewed frequently.  Any invoices mailed to parkers because of non-payment will be erased from our data files within 30 days of receipt of payment. Our privacy policy is in total compliance with ICBC’s privacy regulations.  Any concerns regarding our privacy policy may be directed to the company’s president:
